After your free-month trial ends, you'll be charged with 299 AED , fees for a year-long membership. During your trial however, you can cancel anytime.

payment methods

Currently, the available payment method for purchasing from our website is the online Credit Card. And after placing your first order, you will be able to pay either with Credit Card or CashU.

Yes, you can also pay your order securely using CashU. All you have to do is select “ CashU” as a payment method after placing your first order successfully.Then,you will be redirected to CashU website to complete your payment.
It's an online payment method you can use to pay your order without using a credit card. The CashU method is available on our website after placing your first order.
This option is currently unavailable, you can pay your order only by using your credit card.
First thing to do is to confirm that the credit card information has been filled in correctly, please verify your card details and try again later. If this is the case, please ensure the card is properly funded. If the problem persists, check with your credit card issuer or try a different credit card.
Rest assured that we do not collect or store your credit card details.Using your Credit or Debit card is safe on Lynks. Your credit card details are automatically deleted once your payment is submitted. Lynks website is secure and protected by SSL encryption technology. Lynks never stores your credit card information or shares it with others, we aim to keep your private information safe and secure.
It's a way for adding money to your account. You can then use this money which is saved in your virtual wallet to pay for any of your Lynks orders.
Sign in to Lynks > Click on your account > Select Wallet Then, from here on you will be able add funds with an accepted credit card.
Paypal will be available soon; till then, you can use your online Credit Card for your first purchase, then for the following orders you will be able to pay either with Credit Card or CashU.
No, we can't transfer your money from the wallet back to your bank account or your credit card. It can only be used as a payment method for your next orders.

Shipping and Delivery

Yes, you can change your shipping address, as long your order is not shipped from our warehouse in the U.S.

To modify your shipping address, follow these steps: - Login to your account and go to Order History. - Find the order you wish to modify, and click "Edit Shipping Address" - Proceed to modify the address and click save.
You will receive an accurate estimate of the delivery date when you place your order, but it usually takes 5-10 business days after we receive your order at our warehouse in the US

The Domestic U.S. Shipping process is very simple and it includes the delivery of your product to our warehouse. The time frame depends on the seller, and you will be provided by an estimated number of days based on your order.

The total price is calculated based on the following:

Lynks service fees $2.99 + 9% of the product price.

International Shipping Fees In case the item exceeds 5 Kg For every 1/2 kg extra, you only pay 23.64 AED

The amount of Lynks service fee is a percentage of the total online store price + a fixed amount on each product

We charge you $2.99 + 9% of the product price.

Our current exchange rate is 3.86, taking into account the conversion rate fees
If you are unable to locate your order confirmation email that contains your order number, click on the Order history to pull up a list of your orders. If you are not logged in, you will need first to sign in to your account to access this information.
You can view all your orders details after logging into your lynks account and choosing Order history from " Your account" menu.
To check the status of an order you have already placed: First sign in, then click on Order history from your account menu, located in the upper right-hand section of the site. You will be directed to a list of orders you have placed with Lynks. Scroll down and find the order you want to track. Finally Click on " Track Order"
You can check your "Order history" to see whether your order has been shipped or if there is an issue that needs to be resolved. And If you still require assistance, Contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been processed, you can cancel it and get a full refund.

3. Click on “Reset password”.

4.Use the link you received on your email to reset your password.

Log in to your account and click on "My Account" located in the upper right-hand section of the site. Then click on " Account Setting" . From there, you may update your contact information and password. Once you've made your changes, click the "Save" button.
