Lynks makes it possible to you to shop from abroad and ship the products you select to your address. Each item in your order is sold by Lynks or by the merchant you specify by using Lynks ("Merchant").
Lynks is not responsible for any defects in the products you purchase unless those defects were a direct result of international shipping or handling. Lynks doesn't gaurantee the quality or the suitability of the products you purchase. You're responsible for choosing the correct specifications of the products you purchase.
You can cancel your orders before payment. Once your order is paid, cancelation fees may apply to your order and in some cases, your order may not be canceled if your order has already been processed or shipped.
Your orders will be purchased within 2 business days from the day of payment, we are not responsible for any price difference or out of stock items that may happen in this period.
Your orders will be delivered in 5 - 10 business days after we receive them from the Merchant. In some cases, your order might be delayed and you are not allowed to be eligible for a refund unless your order has been delayed for 10 business days or more.
Loss or Damages
Incase any items were lost or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund for the lost/damaged products.
You can apply a promotional offer to get a discount off the total price of your order. You can use a maximum of one promotional offer per order. In the case that you use multiple promotional offers, only the maximum of the discounts applied by those promotions will apply to your order.
You are eligible for a refund if you order is delayed for more than 10 business days. Refunds take up to 14 business days to process and appear in your bank account.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
Lynks discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Lynks' behalf or to provide services available at Lynks' websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Lynks' websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Lynks will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Lynks discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when Lynks believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Lynks, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of an Lynks website and have supplied your email address, Lynks may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Lynks and our products. We primarily use our various product blogs to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Lynks takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
